Our products incorporate advanced vacuum insulation technology to ensure ultra-low daily evaporation rates, thus reducing operating costs. At the same time, it is equipped with a nozzle protection system to effectively prevent the occurrence of icing and ensure the stable operation of the system. The function of automatically detecting the filling and sealing speed, as well as the ability to automatically compensate for the dosage, ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the filling process.
In order to further improve the performance of the product, we adopt soft dose technology, which effectively reduces the rebound, splashing, evaporation and boiling of liquid nitrogen during the filling process. This not only improves filling efficiency, but also reduces the loss of liquid nitrogen to less than 0.5 liters per hour.
In addition, our system also requires compressed air to supply the operation of the filling valve and the back pressure of the pressurized storage tank. The compressed air pressure range is 0.4-0.6Mpa, ensuring the normal operation of the system.
