LIQUID NITROGEN DOSING MACHINE INTRODUCTION
Dosing liquid nitrogen into container like aluminum can or pet bottle, to increase the internal pressure, reduce residual oxygen, and light the weight of the bottle. Saving cost by using lightweight bottles.
Vacuum (less than 1 × 10-5mba) insulation - ultra-low daily evaporation, reducing operating cost.
The nozzle adopts nozzle blanketing system ,the dry gas nitrogen positive pressure protection prevents external air from entering and causing frost and ice blockage inside the nozzle, achieving true never icing. Meanwhile it maintains a stable liquid nitrogen flow rate and direction, which is not effected by the positive pressure of the purification workshop or the wind generated by high speed filling and sealing.
By detecting and reading the speed of the filling and sealing machine, automatic compensation and adjustment of the dosing amount (valve opening degree%) can be achieved according to the pre-set program.
Adopt true single soft dosing , which reduces the rebound, splashing, evaporation, and boiling of liquid nitrogen . Reduce the loss of liquid nitrogen, uniform the internal pressure in each container, and save the cost .
