Aseptic Liquid Nitrogen Dosing For Aseptic Filling Line
LIQUID NITROGEN DOSING MACHINE INTRODUCTION
Our liquid nitrogen dosing system is specifically designed for dosing liquid nitrogen into containers such as aluminum cans or pet bottles, with the aim of increasing internal pressure, reducing residual oxygen, and lightening the weight of the bottle. This innovative process not only enhances product quality but also contributes to cost savings through the use of lightweight bottles.
The system features vacuum insulation with ultra-low daily evaporation, ensuring operational efficiency and cost reduction. With a vacuum level of less than 1 × 10-5mba, our system minimizes liquid nitrogen loss, making it a cost-effective and sustainable solution for production environments.
Our dosing system incorporates a nozzle blanketing system, utilizing dry gas nitrogen positive pressure protection to prevent frost and ice blockage inside the nozzle. This innovative design ensures continuous operation without the risk of icing, maintaining a stable liquid nitrogen flow rate and direction. The system is unaffected by the positive pressure of the purification workshop or the wind generated by high-speed filling and sealing, ensuring consistent performance in various operating conditions.
Furthermore, our system is equipped with automatic compensation and adjustment capabilities, detecting and reading the speed of the filling and sealing machine to achieve precise dosing. By automatically adjusting the dosing amount (valve opening degree%) according to the pre-set program, our system ensures accurate and efficient dosing, optimizing the production process.
Our dosing system also features true single soft dosing, which effectively reduces rebound, splashing, evaporation, and boiling of liquid nitrogen. This not only minimizes liquid nitrogen loss but also ensures uniform internal pressure in each container, contributing to cost savings and product quality enhancement.
